• Users can search for experts and view their profiles for free.
• Access to expert contacts and additional features may require a subscription.
• For experts, after the free trial period ends, the cost of the subscription required to publish their ad varies depending on the selected subscription type.

How to find an expert on the platform?

To find an expert:

  • Go to the "Find an Expert" tab.
  • Use the search or filters based on the following criteria:
    • Country
    • City
    • Category (field of expertise)
    • Languages in which you want to receive services
  • Browse the expert profiles to find the right specialist.
How does a user contact an expert?

After the user finds a suitable expert through the search on our platform, they need to:

  1. Register as a user on the platform.
  2. Log in to their account.
  3. Go to the profile of the expert they previously selected.
  4. Open the "Contacts" section, where the expert's contact details (social media, phone number, messengers) are listed.
  5. Contact the expert directly outside the platform using the provided contact details.
How is the payment for expert services made?
  • Payment is made directly between the user and the expert outside the Expaterra platform. The platform is not involved in financial transactions between users and experts. Payment terms and service provisions are discussed directly with the expert.

     

How to become an expert on Expaterra?

If you want to offer your services on our platform:

  • Register as an expert.
  • Complete your profile with your qualifications, photos, experience, and contact details.
  • Providing documents for qualification verification is not required.
  • Registration is automatic, and after purchasing a subscription, you can immediately publish your listing and start accepting requests from users.
As an expert, can I search for other experts and use the platform as a user?

Yes, after registering as an expert, you automatically receive the status of a user as well. This will allow you to find other experts, monitor competition in your region, or contact other experts and also receive services in a language convenient for you.
Please note that if you want to delete your account completely, after deleting your expert profile, you will also need to delete your user profile.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes: An Expert can post one listing for one month, and a User can access the contact details of one Expert. This plan is designed for testing our platform, allowing you to decide if it meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current month, you will not be charged for the next period, and your access to paid services will end at the conclusion of the current term.

What payment methods are accepted?

It's all standard. You can pay by credit card and also receive an invoice (for individuals or businesses) after making a purchase.

How to ensure safety when interacting with experts?

Expaterra does not verify experts and does not require document submission. We monitor to ensure that there is no illegal activity on the platform. The responsibility for selecting the expert and interacting with them lies with the users and experts.
• Verify the expert's information using open sources or recommendations.
• Discuss all collaboration details before starting work.
• Be cautious when exchanging personal and financial information.

How can I change my subscription plan?

You can change your subscription plan at any time through your account. Go to the "Subscription Plan" tab, select a new plan, and confirm the changes.

How to change the language on the website?

Our website is translated and available in over 20 languages, and we regularly add new ones.
When you first visit the site, it automatically opens in your browser's language. If your browser's language is not available on the site, the default language is English. To manually change the language of the website, go to the bottom of the page (footer) and select one of the available languages.

What happens to my listings if I cancel my subscription?

After canceling the subscription, the listings will no longer be active but will remain in your account. They can be reactivated when you purchase a new subscription.

How to delete my account?

You can delete your account in the profile settings.
After deleting the account, it will not be possible to restore the data.
