How is the payment for expert services made?
  • Payment is made directly between the user and the expert outside the Expaterra platform. The platform is not involved in financial transactions between users and experts. Payment terms and service provisions are discussed directly with the expert.

     

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes: An Expert can post one listing for one month, and a User can access the contact details of one Expert. This plan is designed for testing our platform, allowing you to decide if it meets your needs before purchasing a subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current month, you will not be charged for the next period, and your access to paid services will end at the conclusion of the current term.

What payment methods are accepted?

It's all standard. You can pay by credit card and also receive an invoice (for individuals or businesses) after making a purchase.

How can I change my subscription plan?

You can change your subscription plan at any time through your account. Go to the "Subscription Plan" tab, select a new plan, and confirm the changes.

What happens to my listings if I cancel my subscription?

After canceling the subscription, the listings will no longer be active but will remain in your account. They can be reactivated when you purchase a new subscription.
