You can open 1 specialist contact per month for free.
This allows you to test the service and contact an expert directly with no additional cost.
For experts (posting listings):
Your first listing can be published free of charge for the first month.
This gives you the opportunity to test the platform and assess the volume of inquiries.
What do paid subscriptions offer?
For expats: a subscription from 0,90 € per month lets you view and open an unlimited number of specialist contacts.
For experts: starting from the second month, publishing a listing is available from 4,90 € per listing per month.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current month, you will not be charged for the next period, and your access to paid services will end at the conclusion of the current term.
It's all standard. You can pay by credit card and also receive an invoice (for individuals or businesses) after making a purchase.
You can change your subscription plan at any time through your account. Go to the "Subscription Plan" tab, select a new plan, and confirm the changes.
After canceling the subscription, the listings will no longer be active but will remain in your account. They can be reactivated when you purchase a new subscription.
